I am loving the Soup recipes
If one knows their way aorund Indian spices and cuisine, this was very simple.
What I disliked wasthe way the PDF and sections were handled.
It would be helpful to also categorize the dishes into meat and veggie sections.
On the index page, it would be handy to be able to point to a page and automatically go there without having to scroll through the pages.
All in all, for me it was not worth the money. There are plenty of free resources available on the internet.
Hello Maya,
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.
This particular book focuses entirely on vegetarian recipes, which is why there isn’t a meat and vegetable breakdown. I appreciate that for experienced cooks the recipes may feel straightforward, as the goal was to make regional dishes accessible while still maintaining authenticity.
Regarding navigation, the table of contents is clickable and each chapter links back to it for easier movement through the document. That said, I’ll take your feedback on board and see if the structure can be made even clearer in future updates.
I appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
great collection and lots of good information!
Perfect recipes 😋
These books are what I expected them to be! I have never bought any cook book,I have always relied on recipes which I found on Pinterest, just googled, from bloggers I am following. But the book of Indian food by Jake- that I felt I really need. Because from his videos I felt that he can gove that exact notion put into words about Indian food which is impossible to get from recipes written by people from India themselves. Their recipes tend to rely in their in orn knowledge of what Indian cuisne tastes like and how it is prepared. So I never quite get if I am getting it right or not. And I really wanted to have that insight in one place/book rather that doing research from various sources. And I got what I wanted. It came in bubdle with two other books. All are great. Especially great are all the details about kitchen equipment etc.It is so nice! Again saves so much time for research and trial :) thank you for your work! I hope you dont stop with your enthusiasm :) Much Love
